CoQ-10 (Coenzyme Q-10) contains the patented formula KanekaQ10®, a form of CoQ10 that comes from yeast fermentation. As we get older, our bodies produce less and less CoQ-10. Coenzyme Q-10, or ubiquinone, is present in all plant and animal cells and is an essential component of mitochondria (the cellular organ responsible for energy production).
Solgar CoQ-10 is a food supplement that provides 60mg of coenzyme Q-10 per capsule.

It is free from sugar, salt, starch, gluten, corn, yeast, wheat, soya and dairy products.

How to take

Precautions
High doses of CoQ-10 can reduce the effect of warfarin (anticoagulant).
