Description
Provides 15µg of vitamin D3 which contributes to bone maintenance.
Vitamin D also contributes to the absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of muscle function, teeth, the functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells against undesirable oxidation.
It is free from sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, soya, gluten and dairy products. Formulated without the use of preservatives, flavourings or artificial colourings.

How to take
As a food supplement for adults, take 1 capsule a day, preferably with a meal, or as prescribed by your doctor or health care professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Composition
Each vegetarian capsule contains:
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin.
Vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Vitamin D3 (600 IU, as cholecalciferol) 15µg 300% NRV*.
