How to take
As a food supplement for adults, take 1 to 3 vegetarian capsules a day, preferably with a meal, or as prescribed by your doctor or health care professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Each vegetarian capsule contains:
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.
Vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.
Carboxymethylcellulose.
