How to take
As a food supplement for adults, take 3 tablets a day, preferably with meals, or as prescribed by your doctor or health care professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Composition
Three tablets provide:
Calcium (carbonate, gluconate, citrate) 1000mg 125% VRN*.
Magnesium (oxide, gluconate, citrate) 400mg 107% VRN*.
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose.
Maltodextrin.
Cross-linked cellulose gum.
Acidity regulator: citric acid.
Zinc (gluconate) 15mg 150% VRN*.
Coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable glycerine (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), carnauba wax.
Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid.
