Arkosono Forte 8H is a dietary supplement based on melatonin (1.9mg), plant extracts and vitamin B6. Arkorelax Forte 8H ensures an effect throughout a full night thanks to its innovative formula of high concentration: in melatonin of rapid and prolonged release for 8 hours and plant extracts recognized for their relaxing and sleep-aiding properties.
This product is well tolerated not causing habituation or drowsiness upon awakening.

How to take
Take 1 tablet a day, one hour before going to sleep, with a large glass of water.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
This effect is achieved bytaking 1mg before bedtime.

Composition
Bulking agent: cellulose, extract of the aerialparts of the California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.), extract of the underground valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.).
Anti-caking agents: fatty acids, talc, magnesiumsalts of fatty acids and cross-linked cellulose gum, extract of the aerialparts of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.), maltodextrin, spirulina dye concentrate, rice starch, melatonin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Tablet coating: hydroxypropylcellulose, fatty acids, cellulose, ethylcellulose, carnaba wax.

Precautions
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding and in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the constituents of the formulation.
It is not recommended to associate the intake with alcohol, because it reduces the effectiveness of melatonin in the time of sleep reconciliation.
If you are following a medicaltreatment with antidepressants, sleep or other sedatives, consult yourself first with the medicinebefore you start taking this food supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
