Description
Arkosono Forte 8H is a food supplement based on melatonin (1.9mg), plant extracts and vitamin B6. Arkorelax Forte 8H ensures a full night's effect thanks to its innovative, highly concentrated formula: in rapid and prolonged release melatonin for 8 hours and plant extracts recognised for their relaxing and sleep aiding properties.
This product is well tolerated and does not cause habituation or drowsiness on waking.

Therapeutic indications
Reserved for adults.

How to take
Take 1 tablet a day, one hour before going to bed, with a large glass of water.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
This effect is achieved by taking 1mg before going to bed.

Composition
Bulking agent: cellulose, extract of the aerial parts of California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.), extract of the underground organs of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.).
Anti-caking agents: fatty acids, talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids and cross-linked cellulose gum, extract of the aerial parts of passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L.), maltodextrin, spirulina colour concentrate, rice starch, melatonin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Tablet coating: hydroxypropylcellulose, fatty acids, cellulose, ethylcellulose, carnauba wax.

Precautions
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding and in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the constituents of the formulation.
Not recommended in combination with alcohol as it reduces the effectiveness of melatonin in reconciling sleep.
If you are undergoing medical treatment with antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives, consult your doctor first before starting to take this food supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
