How to take
As a food supplement for adults, take 1 capsule a day, preferably with a meal or as prescribed by your doctor or health care professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.
Vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
