Iron and vitamin B12 support the formation of haemoglobin and red blood cells. Folic acid is involved in blood formation.
Iron, vitamins B6 and B12 help combat fatigue. Copper facilitates the transport of iron in our body. Vitamin B2 supports iron metabolism. Vitamin C promotes iron absorption.
