How to use:
-Oral route: Take 1 to 2 drops, twice a day, diluted in a teaspoon of honey or a cup of tea;
-Cutaneous route: Can be used for massage or bath: 2 to 5 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil;
-Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops, according to your preference or depending on the room size.
Presentation: Bottle with 10 ml.
