Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. In some individuals it may cause flatulence or temporary gastric acidity, as well as constipation. Individuals with hyperparathyroidism or kidney failure should only take calcium and vitamin D supplements after consulting a health professional.
