Description
Our body needs 13 vitamins regularly because it is unable to synthesise them (apart from vitamin D and Niacin, which we can produce in our bodies, but not in sufficient quantities). So it's through food that we get the vitamins we need to stay healthy. However, food doesn't always allow us to get all the nutrients we need, and a multivitamin supplement is often used as a way of optimising nutritional status. The elderly, pregnant women, and children are groups that usually benefit greatly from supplementation.
Benefits
Vitamins are organic compounds found in food that are essential for the normal functioning of the metabolism and, if lacking, can lead to illness.
Mineral salts have the function of integrating tissue structure, participating in enzyme systems, maintenance, and hydroelectrolytic balance, aiding cellular function and nerve function and growth.
A good multivitamin and mineral does not have iron and vitamin C together.
How to take
Take 1 tablet a day, with the aid of liquids, preferably after one of your main meals. Do not chew. The tablet should be swallowed whole or divided into two halves, if necessary, to make it easier to take. There is no time limit on the use of MIX Vitaminas tecnilor®.
