How to take
1 ampoule a day, preferably after breakfast. Can be diluted in water or fruit juice.

Royal Jelly - 1000mg, Guarana Extract (containing at least 22% caffeine) - 100mg, Cola - 50mg, Choline - 10mg, Vitamin B1 - 1.1mg (100% VRN), Vitamin B6 - 1.4mg (100% VRN), Vitamin B12 - 2.5 µg (100% VRN), Pantothenic Acid - 6mg, (100% VRN) Vitamin C - 80mg (100% VRN), Zinc - 10mg (100% VRN).
Water, Fructose, Freeze-dried Royal Jelly (3:1), Choline Citrate, Paullinia Cupana (Guarana; Seed Extract containing at least 22% Caffeine), L-Ascorbic Acid, Zinc Gluconate, Cola Nitida (Cola; Dried Seed Extract), Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Banana Flavour, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Calcium D-Pantothenate, Cyanocobalamin 0.1%, Sweetener: Sucralose, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Hydrochloride. 

Precautions
Not recommended in cases of hypertension, insomnia, tachycardia, hyperthyroidism, arrhythmias, hyperestrogenism, fever, acute infections, peptic ulcer and nosebleeds. The use of this product is not recommended for individuals with hypersensitivity to bee venom. In the event of a skin reaction, the supplement should be discontinued immediately. It should not be combined with anxiolytic drugs, MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) or platelet antiaggregants. Caution is advised when combining with tea, coffee and other stimulants, as this can potentiate their action. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
