Juventus Borututu is a food supplement containing the root of Cochlospermum angolense, or Borotutu, a tree originating from the African continent, particularly from Angola, traditionally used to relieve various hepatic disorders.

The borututu root is rich in quinones, catechins, polyols, and bioflavonoids. This plant is used in traditional Angolan medicine for malaria prophylaxis, with its detoxifying and purifying properties on the body, also being used to relieve various hepatic disorders. Borututu is also known for its potential antiviral effect.
