How to apply
Apply in the morning after showering by massaging into dry skin. After showering, on dry skin, massage upwards towards the thigh, pressing simultaneously with both hands, with a quick, rhythmic movement. Pinch and rotate, massaging from top to bottom and/or side to side on problem areas: inner knees, upper thighs, buttocks, abdomen.
