How to take
Take 1 tablet in the evening, half an hour before bedtime.

Composition
Per tablet: Gabaglicin 6® complex - 151.7mg; Vitamin B6 - 1.4mg; Valerian root extract - 100mg; Passionflower aerial extract - 75mg; California poppy aerial extract - 25mg; Vitamin B3 - 16mg; Melatonin - 1.85mg.
