Dr. Reckeweg R10 is based on the traditional uses of each of the homeopathic components. Among them are: Menopause; hot flushes; sweating crisis; menstrual irregularities.
-Acidum sulfuricum: Menstruation with dark non-coagulating blood; hot flushes; post-traumatic hematomas and bruises that do not reabsorb; pains in the sacrum and legs accompanied by great weakness; cramps; tendency for mouth ulcers and acidic gastroesophageal reflux; haemorrhoids.
-Cimicifuga: Abundant and painful menstruations, proportional to the amount of bleeding; painful ovulation; headaches worsened during menstruation, high back pain (between the shoulder blades) and pelvic pain radiating down the thighs; loquacity.
-Lachesis: Hot flushes; spontaneous bruises; sensation of a lump in the throat, rectum (false desires for bowel movements) and bladder; pains that shift from the left side to the right side of the body; in women who still menstruate, worsen when they have it and improve afterwards; premenstrual syndromes (dysmenorrhoea and mastodynia); hyperactivity; labile high blood pressure; heavy legs; worsens with heat and sun and improves in the evening; craving for alcohol.
-Sanguinaria: Facial flush (heat rising to the face), with the face, ear region, hands and feet becoming red and hot; periodic migraines that start in the morning and improve in the evening, and congestive headaches with throbbing pain (from the occipital region to the right eye) especially on the right side; worsens with noise, light, movement and smells and improves when lying down, in darkness and sometimes by passing gas (burping or flatulence); dryness of the upper airway mucous membranes; runny nose with sneezing; sensitivity to smells (+flowers).
-Sepia: Hot flushes from the pelvis to the face, with sweating and feeling of faintness; sensation of exhaustion, of organic and "mental" ptosis (depression, pessimism); feeling that the uterus wants to come out (prolapse), sensation of weight in the pelvis (in the anus); sexual and affective indifference (even towards the family); occipital headaches; constipation; hepatic congestion, with nausea (morning), sensitivity to smells (nausea from food), haemorrhoids and frequent cystitis; eczema.
Composition per 10 ml: Acidum Sulfuricum D4 1 ml, Cimicifuga D4 1 ml, Lachesis D12 1 ml, Sanguinaria D4 1 ml, Sepia D4 (trit) 0.1g, Ethanolum/Purified Water.

How to take: Take 5 to 10 drops diluted or not in a little water 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. In case of strong symptom manifestation, increase the dose to 4 to 6 times a day. After improvement, reduce the dose to 3 to 5 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.
This medicine is only intended for use in adult females.
