How to take
Take 1 vegicapsule twice a day, after meals.

Composition
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) dry extract (4:1) of the root standardised to 0.3% valerenic acids; Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) dry extract (5:1) of the aerial parts standardised to 2% flavonoids; Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) dry extract (5:1) of the leaf standardised to 2.5% rosmarinic acid; Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) dry extract (6:1) of the root standardised to 1.5% withanolides; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (coating agent); Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennel) dry extract (20:1) of the aerial parts standardised to 20% bacosides; L-Theanine (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, leaf); magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agents).
