Description
BioActivo Vitamin D Forte + consists of small soft gelatine capsules containing 4000 IU (100 μg) of vitamin D3. Vitamin D is dissolved in cold-extracted olive oil to increase absorption in the digestive system, bearing in mind that vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin.
The small size makes it easy to swallow, but the capsules can also be chewed.
Scientific studies have shown that BioActivo Vitamin D Forte + is highly absorbable in the body.

How to take
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably with a meal.
In people with vitamin D deficiency, the dose can be increased as advised by the doctor.

Precautions
If you suffer from hypercalcaemia or hypervitaminosis D, do not take BioActivo Vitamin D Forte +.
