BioActivo Melatonin is a food supplement based on melatonin and vitamin B3.

Vitamin B3 (also known as niacin) contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. In order to produce this vitamin, the body needs tryptophan, an amino acid that is a precursor to melatonin synthesis. Adding 10mg of niacin saves the body 600mg of tryptophan, which is then totally available to be used for melatonin production.

How to take
Take 1 whole tablet before going to bed, with a glass of water.
