How to take
Pack with 60 cells.
First 15 days, 4 csulas per day, 2 at each meal. After these 15 days, 2 crèsulas per day, 1 at each meal.

Makings
Sea Hawthorn 1000 mg; Monounsaturated Fatty Acids 480 mg, of which: Ãmega-7 300 mg, Ãmega-9 180 mg; Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids 300 mg, two of which: Ãmega-3 130 mg; Ãmega-6 170 mg; Vitamin E 4 mg; Beta-Carotene 800 mcg, which correspond to Vitamin A 133 mcg.
