It may contain soy and milk, as these components are used in the growth media of the bactanias. Bed traverses are at a level where they do not affect lactose intolerant people.

How to take
Adults: Take one to two pills once or twice a day with food. If you take two or more pills a day, it is advisable to divide the dose between two meals.
If you are taking antibiotics, take 4 tablets a day, ideally at different times than taking the antibiotic.
Children: Take half the dose of an adult.
