Bacidofilus Symbio Mental is a food supplement based on 5 strains of lactic ferments with a psychobiotic function, which means, probiotics with an effect on the nervous system, as well as FOS, Rhodiola, B vitamins and Zinc, which help to promote the normal functioning of the nervous system, being especially useful in states of anxiety, stress and mood swings.

Precautions
Lactobacillus is contraindicated in individuals with short bowel syndrome due to the increased risk of developing infections. Its combination with antibiotics is beneficial for the body as it protects the intestinal flora. However, it should be taken 2 hours apart. Caution should be exercised when combining Lactobacillus with immunosuppressants.  Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.  Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
