How to take
Relaxation: 3 csulas per day, to be taken during meals, with a large glass of water. Sleep: 4 cells per day. 2 cisomas before dinner and 2 cisomas before bedtime, with a large glass of water.

350 mg/carrow of cryocrushed whole grain bread from valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.).
Void of the plant seed: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
