Arkocã¡psulas konjac bio is a food supplement based on konjac, rich in glucomannan. Glucomannan, in the context of a diet of low energyvalue, contributes to weight loss. The beneficialeffect is obtained with a daily dose of 3g of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with 1 to 2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a diet of low energyvalue.

How to take
Take 3 tablets 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner, with 1 to 2 glasses of water.
Take with enough water to ensure that the substance reaches the staple and to avoid eventual choking, especially in people with swallowing difficulties.

Bio Konjac bulb (Amorphophallus konjac K.Koch) in bread, organic corn starch.
Void of 100% vegetable seed: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
