How to take
Take 2 crulae per day. Take 1 carrow for breakfast and 1 carrow for dinner with plenty of water.

Composition
Cryogrinded integral form of the root of the bio harpagophytum (Harpagophytum procumbens DC. Ex Meisn., Harpagophytum zeyheri Decne.).
Emulsifier: Bio sunflower lecithin.
100% vegetable species: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
