Take 1 sachet per day. Pour the entire contents of the sachet into the mouth. Swallow without chewing. If you wish, you can drink water or another drink afterwards. It cannot be taken by children under 3 years. Children between the ages of 3 and 12 can take smaller amounts throughout the day.
